I have been navigating the complexities of the NDIS since its beginning. I have worked within community access programs, SIL housing and with direct one on one support. In 2016 I began support coordination and have been both a support coordinator and LAC before beginning this journey in my own business.

I've been involved with the NDIS in Canberra since 2016 and later assisted with the rollout in the Oven Murray region of Northern Victoria. In my spare time I enjoy being outside riding horses and mountain bikes and contributing to the community.

I have been working as an Support Coordinator for nearly 4 years. Previous to this role, I was a Support Worker and this allowed me to really understand the importance of the role I play in ensuring people are properly supported. I have a Certificate IV in Disability Services and I really enjoy getting to know people and finding ways to best support their needs and goals.
I'm a passionate coffee drinker who enjoys cooking and all things dog related.

I’ve been working in disability support for over 10 years and enjoy what I do. Helping people become more independent and confident is something I find genuinely rewarding. I'm always learning, whether it’s from the people I support, my wonderful colleagues, or new situations that arise. Every day is different, which keeps things interesting and helps me grow, both personally and professionally.

With over two years of experience in NDIS Support Coordination, I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate the NDIS system with care, clarity, and commitment. My approach is built on being organized, empathetic, and bringing a sense of fun to everything I do. I believe in empowering my clients to make informed choices, achieve their goals, and live their best lives.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two amazing girls who are my world. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll likely find me running (coffee in hand!) or spending quality time with my family.

With over eight years of experience working in various NDIS support providers to connect clients with the right support workers. I’m passionate about helping people navigate the NDIS and ensuring they receive the care and services they need to thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog and staying active through rugby.

I bring a compassionate and dedicated approach to my role as a support coordinator, combining professional experience with personal understanding. My background in public service gave me a strong foundation in advocacy, while caring for my mother during illness strengthened my empathy and passion for supporting others.
After leaving the public sector, I focused on raising my three children alongside my husband, which further shaped my strong family values and hands-on caregiving experience. I am passionate about empowering the people I support and making sure they feel heard, respected, and valued.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and two dogs — whether that’s camping, visiting the farm, or relaxing by the river. I’m known for my warm nature, commitment, and practical approach, and I always strive to provide high-quality support with genuine care and understanding.

I have over eight years’ experience in the disability sector. Before moving into coordination, I worked in scheduling and client liaison, supporting participants and their families to organise support workers and set up arrangements that suited their needs.
I now work in a coordination role, supporting participants to understand their NDIS plans and organise supports that work for them. Having worked in direct support, scheduling, and liaison has shaped a practical and realistic approach to my work.
I aim to be approachable, reliable, and clear in my communication, and to support people in a way that feels respectful and straightforward.

When I’m not working or studying, I spend most of my time with my beautiful family. Between school pick-ups, sports, and family activities, life is always busy, but I enjoy every moment and value maintaining a healthy balance between work and family life.

Supporting people has always been a passion of mine, which led me to study counselling. With over 20 years of experience in the disability sector, I have developed a strong understanding of the industry through milestones such as the rollout of the NDIS, evolving support frameworks, and the privilege of being part of countless individual success stories.
